This store has gone from being the slowest in the area to one of the fastest. Baristas are still friendly but no longer chat excessively. Great job Starbucks!

I was excited to receive a free drink from the Starbucks app and decided to add an extra shot of espresso, the guy taking my order was new so it took awhile to order but the way the girl barista treated him was terrible she blamed him for her messing up my drink when she made it cream based instead of coffee and forgot to add espresso and she tried charging me extra for the shot! Instead of remaking it she just dumped it back in the blender and added the espresso which made it very watery. I asked her to remake it and she did so after giving me a lecture on how it was my fault. Very rude and unprofessional.

I love this location! Has great outdoors seating, as well as indoors. I've never had a problem with anything I order here. Very relaxing. Ample parking.

This Starbucks is pretty great. I like the one stop shopping of this Allen Park shopping center and that usually includes a stop into this Sbucks for some fuel. Never had bad service, it's always clean, staff is nice, there's a decent amount of seating, and my drinks/food are always up to par with the other Starbucks stores. A solid beverage option if you're in the area.

After reading a few other reviews, I've realized that this location is either hit or miss. My visit was a miss. I walked in before work for a coffee with no one else waiting to order and wasn't greeted. The two people working the register decided to finish their conversation about some TV show they were watching the previous night instead of welcoming me and asking for my order. Mmmmmk... They took the order, made the drink, sent the drink out. No surprise there; pretty typical Starbucks stuff. What wasn't typical, though, is that they did this all without saying a single word. Not even a casual "here you go, have a good day." Nothing. The person who made it just set it down on the drink pick up area and walked away. C'mon, guys... You can do better than that.

I love this Starbucks! Fast, friendly service with a smile every time I go. Great tasting coffee, and my favorite dessert is the iced lemon pound cake. They also have yummy smoothies too! I Highly recommend this location! It is close to Southfield Fwy, and perfect for a pick me up on your way in to work.

The set-up of this Starbucks throws me off. I don't know why. I go to a lot of Starbucks, and I usually find them to be a nice place to hunker down and do some homework, but this one is one of those locations where I stop in, get my drink, and get on my way. My drinks have always been exactly what I'd expect, though, and the staff has always been pleasant.

Starbucks! It's a Starbucks, not much to say outside of that. This is right on the corner of Outer Dr so it's easy to pop off M-39, grab a drink, and get back on to head to work. They are pretty busy, the busy times come in spurts, but I noticed anytime after 8 am it's usually pretty steady. Earlier it's pretty quiet, which I prefer as the barista's seem less harried. I've gotten specialty latte's, coffe, iced coffee, and americano's here. They are all very good. I've found their service to be swift, even when they are busy. The team behind the counter work well together, I've only seen a break-down once when someone was confused on how to make a drink behind the bar, but they fixed it in a manner of moments and the assembly line went on. Most of the patrons are grabbing drinks on their way to work, so they aren't too bad to stand near while waiting for your drink. Dealing with the morning rush, this location is efficient while still managing to provide the quality of coffee that you expect from Starbucks.

By far the WORST Starbucks location I have ever been to! I had one poor experience, but decided to give it another shot because I was in the area, but I was better off driving up the hill and going to Panera! The same RUDE girl Mariam was her name (she had a name tag on) was the reason for my awful experience. I felt very in welcomed and rushed both times as she was the cashier both times I had came. Very bossy towards her coworkers... But that just what it seemed to me. The best part I saved for last... There was a man in front of two other women and myself and gave "Mariam" an extra 20 dollar bill and said that will cover the rest of us who where in line, as the man walked off she slipped it in her tip jar as if all U.S. women where blind. We where so shocked we didn't even bother to say a word! But unbelievable and disgusting!!!!!

Love this Starbucks that is in the same area where I do much of my shopping. However, not that spacious inside while waiting in line and while waiting for your drink to be made. And they are very slow. Most times I order cake pops for nieces and nephews or just a butter croissant for me, they tend to forget to give to me until after I mention something. The best part is the outdoor seating. Plenty of tables and chairs.

Love Starbucks! The only thing I had an issue with this location is they were giving out grandes calling them ventis. They did it to several customers before me and none of them said anything, then I did and they were appalled. Not paying 5 dollars for a smaller size than what I ordered.

My orders have always been correct and I ask for some off the menu type of stuff: 7 shot, upside down, nonfat carmel macchiato. The free wifi and late hours make this a decent spot if you want to take a break from shopping at the strip mall down the street..

My regular when I am near DTW airport. A travelers refuge. No drive through, but a great place to take a quick break when you are on the way to or from the airport. Friendly staff, great baristas. Easy parking and right near the freeway. Exit 204 off the I94.

Great place for a business meeting. With it being a small place it was quite. Staff is always there to meet you with a smile and helpful when you want to switch it up your usual. Plus close to Southfield freeway, bonus!

My first time at this Starbucks. EVERYONE was very polite, friendly and professional. As I was drinking my coffee and about to write my review, a storm came through and lightening hit the transformer to the strip mall and had no choice but to close. I will visit again next time I'm in the area.
